Week of April 6th 2025

We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us.  So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters.  If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion…how can God’s love be in that person?  1 John 3: 16-17

Barbara Killeen, founder of Amazing Love Min. for the Homeless, had a successful hip surgery and was able to be present at the 20 year celebration of the ministry.  God bless you for all you have done to help the homeless.

–Mom – 69 heart issues – AFIB and arthritis; please pray for her;

—–daughter at FSUcame home for a weekend visit which pleased her family and would go back after church.

Domeo – 81 – had surgery this past Monday; pray for healing

Hunter – 17 – student- was in an accident and had surgeries; pray for healing

Scott – 60 – had a hand injury and surgery which did go well; pray for healing as he is a pilot

—Caesar – dog -10 yrs. old died; pray for the grief of the little boy and family who owned him

—–girl – 16 – recovering from a concussion and it is hard to get back to school work; bless her and heal her, Lord.

—-man telling of kids on mini bikes who are dangerous in his neighborhood; he did report it to the sheriff but so far nothing has been done and he is afraid of accidents

Karen E. was sick but is doing better now; heal her, Lord.

—-Tenn. friends – medical issues; need prayer

—-a 5 yr. old and an 11 yr. old – one broke his arm and the other had Tonsilitis surgery; heal them, Lord.

Jeff R.’s mother is in hospice care and was told only two more days to live.  May she have peace and the family as well.  Bless them all.

—-Clyde – 29 – job hunting; is a brewer; that God will bring the right people into his life

—AC broke and no one would come in the weekend to fix it and the family was suffering with little children; help them get someone Monday.

—11 yr. old Matthew had a polyp removed from his sinuses last week and has recovered well from the surgery; praise report

H. Anderson – dr. is trying new meds to help his sleep disorder and his weight loss; did get some things stabilized with his health; he will be monitored regularly with new meds.

Philip W. is asking prayer for his cousin Derrick
