Week of August 25th 2024

The God of all grace who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.  1 Peter 5:10

The Word became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His glory; the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth John 1:14

As you forgive…..so shall you be forgiven!   

Many kids have started back to school and college.  Bless them, keep them safe, help them to be open to the new material, bless the teachers and bus drivers and all who work together for the children.  

Our founder, Barbara Killeen, fell and fractured her right elbow in several places and had surgery.  Keep her in your prayers for healing.

Ray Sumley – One of our faithful male volunteers who is 80 needs a vehicle.  If you have one you no longer use but that you have kept up and it doesn’t need new parts/repairs and you’re willing to donate it to him he would be very grateful to get it. Contact the ministry for more details or to help. 

Sister Delores C. – deliverance

Finn – 10- fell and broke his arm while climbing a fence; (in Pittsburgh); he has heart problems; surgery was Sunday;  pray for him.

Reuben – was in the hospital this week as he has heart issues; he is getting treatment; pray  it helps

Jeff – 67 – had retina detachment surgery on his eye and is in continued recovery; pray it heals well

Patrick – thankful for his 3 beautiful kids, health, job.  Praise report!!

Ken – 62 – health, find some peace; has mental health issues; bless him, Lord.

Andrew – 42 – recovering from motorcycle accident; had brain surgery; expects full recovery; it is a miracle and he is grateful!  Praise report!

Mother – son Alex, 16, is going back to school and is driving; is asking for safety!   Yes!!

Pray for healing for Sue H. as she isn’t feeling well; bless this faithful servant, Lord!

Darren – moving up on transplant list; has A Neg. blood and it is hard to find; but is grateful it is getting closer

Scott G. – has had a cold a while and is having trouble shaking it; bless him and heal this hard working servant, Lord.

Brad – blood clots, stents put in both legs, other issues which he has been working on the last year.  Let them get resolved, Lord, and heal him.

Trish – depression; is seeing a doctor/psychologist; walking with a cane; had 2 hip replacements…the first one had to be redone; is in her 70s; be in her, Lord; let her feel Your presence at all times and may she lean on You.

Matt – blood was tested and there were no markers for skin cancer!  Praise report!!

Jimmy – will have a follow-up PSA test done Sept. 10th. and will see the neurologist on the 16th.  Pray for good results.

Amber – pray for her decision making; is trying to decide about going back to school to study and getting a new career; pray for God to lead her and guide her.  Bless her, Lord.  She means a lot to others.

——kidney transplant was done 24 yrs. ago and is wearing out; tests now show deterioration; pray for better results of tests; is also dizzy when bends over.  We surrender this all to You, Lord.

Lola – husband Wren passed away unexpectantly; comfort her at this time, Heavenly Father.

Pastor Guy – in the TGH for heart and chest pains; Lord, heal him!

John T. – bladder surgery; may it go well and heal him, Lord.

Steve Mc. – travel mercies

Tonya w. – sympathy for loss of sister

Jim K. and Dave V. – both fell down at home; let them be okay, Lord!
